Do I need to know my birth time?

Yes. Your chart is calculated from your exact birth time, date, and location. If you do not have your birth time, your birth certificate or vital records office in your state of birth will have it. If you cannot find it, reach out before booking and we will figure out the next step together.

What is the difference between the two readings?

The Introductory Reading is the foundation. We cover your type, strategy, authority, and the basics of how your energy works. The Deep Dive goes underneath the surface into your centers, profile, and the patterns running the show. If you have never had a reading, start with the introduction. If you have, the deep dive will take you somewhere new.

Will this tell me what to do?

Human Design is not prescriptive. It offers a clearer picture of how you are built to make decisions, and how to trust your own process. It will give you the language for what you have always known about yourself. The path is still yours to walk.

How do I prepare for a session?

Come as you are. There is nothing to read or study beforehand. The most useful thing you can do is bring the questions you have been sitting with, the places you feel stuck, or the patterns you are ready to look at. We will start there.
